About
Petite pointed pods sit in clusters and run pale cream or yellow, then orange, then red. Ripe fruit is usually 2 to 5 cm long, a little smaller than a typical Thai chile, with thin to medium walls. The aroma is White Thai. Flavor starts fruity-sweet and finishes earthy. Hot plants give a sharp tongue burn. The plant is tough and productive in a pot or a bed.
Backstory
Khang Starr grew this line in his north Texas garden and first showed it under the StarrLing name in 2021. He later said the seed still throws heat and no-heat plants. Most packets now come from community growers and a few small shops rather than a formal seed-house release.
