About

The Snow White Habanero is a distinctive white-ripening cultivar of Capsicum chinense. It produces medium-sized, blocky to oblong pods that transition from green to creamy yellow and finally to a bright white when fully mature. The flavor is characteristically sweet, citrusy, and fruity, delivering tropical notes before the heat. Plants are compact and bushy, typically reaching about 3 feet (90 cm) in height, and are noted for being extremely productive—the most productive white chinense type according to some growers. Heat levels are in the medium habanero range.

Backstory

Believed to originate from Caribbean Islands stock; a striking white-ripening Capsicum chinense cultivar popularized among specialty growers for its bright color, citrus-fruity flavor balance, and status as one of the most productive white chinense types.
