The plants produce abundant crops of approximately 3 x 1.5 inch acorn-shaped peppers that ripen from green to bright red with thick walls. They deliver a bright citrus-forward habanero flavor that is mildly pungent and slightly smoky at only about 100 SHU. Ideal for those who want authentic habanero character in mild salsas, fresh preparations, or recipes calling for pepper flavor without intense heat.
