About

Pods start pale green and finish a light, slightly opaque peach, often with a tapered tip and a rough, brainstrain-like surface. Shops describe a fruity, slightly sweet flavor under superhot heat, and list it for salsa, hot sauce, and dried powder. Plants are productive in full sun, commonly around a meter to a meter and a half, and can be overwintered in pots.

Backstory

Several seed shops credit American grower Jami Hendrix with this line, and a 2018 Italian grow-out file already treated it as a recent United States selection. The parent varieties were not published. A Czech catalog says outright that the varieties used are unknown.
