About

Pods start green with slightly squared shoulders, take a purple blush in strong light, then pass through white and orange before they finish red. Walls run thinner than KS White Thai. Flesh stays firm and crunchy, with seeds packed at the placenta. The smell is mild tropical fruit, close to an aji or chocolate Linzo, and the taste mixes that fruit note with the sharp bite of a Thai-type annuum. Heat hits the throat right away. Pods do not cluster. Some point up, some hang, and the plant keeps producing even in a small hydro pot if you keep picking.

Backstory

Khang Starr named the line Snow Queen in September 2023 after considering White Queen. He had been working it in hydroponics for two generations at his North Texas garden, now also a Fannin County farm, and planned to share seed with the pepper community.
