About
Pods stay small, with medium walls and few seeds, so they stay crunchy. Heat is a delayed Thai-style burn rather than a sweet fruit hit. There is a light tropical aroma and a short bitter edge that works in fish-sauce dips, chili oil, and flakes. The plant is ornamental, heavy-bearing, and happy in a small pot.
Backstory
Khang Starr released the line in 2020 after his wife asked for a pepper named for her, the way Linzo had been named for their child. He later kept a no-heat sister from the same stock.
