About
Ripe pods are slender and curved, with thin walls and a bumpy skin that finishes chocolate brown. Flavor is sweet and fruity with a Thai-style burn that hangs on. Plants often pass five feet and keep setting fruit in hard summer heat. Fresh pods go into sauces and powders. Each fruit holds few seeds, so they are easy to eat and slow to save.
Backstory
Khang Starr made the original Linzo in 2016 in Texas and named it after his daughter Lindsey. The first fruit came out red. After a few seasons of growing that line, chocolate pods appeared and he kept them as their own strain. He called the founding cross his impossible one because almost no seed would sprout.
