About

Ripe pods look like oversized, textured Thai peppers and finish bright red. Flesh is thin and crunchy, with few seeds. Flavor is sweet and tropical first, then hot, and the burn lasts longer than a typical Thai chile. Plants get tall and wide if given space, often four to five feet, and set a lot of fruit. Fresh pods work in sauce, salsa, or anywhere you want fruit and heat without a thick wall.

Backstory

Khang Starr released the line in 2016 and named it after his daughter Lindsey. He spent a full season collecting the first handful of seeds that would actually sprout.
