About
Pods ripen from green to bright yellow, sometimes with a darker blush at the shoulders. They run about 5 to 7 cm, with wrinkled skin and meaty walls that work well in yellow sauces and powders. Flavor starts sweet and citrusy, then a slow burn settles in the throat. Plants can reach 120 to 150 cm and load up with fruit when given space.
Backstory
Khang Starr first grew this line in Texas in the mid-2010s and shared seed through the pepper community. Dave's wife Donna named the red and yellow sister pods Khangsta. The yellow color held when growers saved seed from yellow fruit, and shops now list it as its own packet.
