About

King Arthur is a reliable hybrid bell pepper valued by home gardeners and market growers for earliness, size, sweetness, and performance. Vigorous upright plants produce heavy yields of large blocky fruits (approx. 4.5 x 4.5 inches) with thick walls and excellent flavor. Turns from green to vibrant red. Resistant to multiple viruses and bacterial leaf spot races.

Backstory

Developed by Petoseed (now Seminis) as PSX10088 / F1 hybrid, formerly marketed as 'Fat 'n Sassy'. Selected for early heavy yields of large fruit, heat tolerance, and disease resistance in open-field conditions.
