About

Jalapeño Conchos produces exceptionally large, beefy, smooth cylindrical fruits measuring 7-10 cm long and ~5 cm in diameter with thick fleshy walls. Dark green when immature, ripening to bright red. Tall, productive plants hold fruit well for extended harvest at green (65-70 days) or red (~90 days) stage.

Backstory

An improved hybrid jalapeño variety developed in the US by Goodness Grows Edibles, selected for larger size, thick walls, and high yields while retaining the classic flavor of traditional Mexican jalapeños.
