About
Intergalactic is a hand-crossed Capsicum annuum from Bryan Townshend of Towns-End Chili & Spice in South Florida. Plants show striking green, white, or speckled-striped leaves on a single plant. Young pods are creamy green and milder; they often stripe as they color, then finish a solid bright orange. Heat is untested but catalogs place it around 5,000–30,000 SHU — medium, approachable, and reminiscent of Thai peppers. Flavor is described as fresh and bright. A separate Intergalactic Red selection exists from the same FiFi Tabasco × Tiger Thunder cross.
Backstory
Bryan Townshend of Towns-End Chili & Spice in South Florida crossed FiFi Tabasco — itself Short Yellow Tabasco × Portocoleva FiFironca — with Jes Christensen’s variegated Tiger Thunder (Purple Tiger × Thunder Mountain Longhorn). Seed has been released around F4–F5 and is still segregating. Sold as Intergalactic (T-E); a red-ripe sister line is listed separately as Intergalactic Red.

Heritage
Intergalactic Pepper is an F2+ of FiFi Tabasco and Tiger Thunder, still splitting and not yet a finished line.

Parents
Towns-End lists Intergalactic as its own F4 FiFi Tabasco × Tiger Thunder hand cross, still segregating. Rebec Valley Farm names the same pairing for the red sister line, and both parents are sold as standalone named cultivars.
