About
Heavily wrinkled, brain-like bonnet pods that ripen from green to a pale creamy yellow. The flesh is firm and crisp with a bright fruity, citrus-forward flavor and clean heat. Plants are vigorous and set heavy yields similar to the Bahamian Goat parent. Seeds at F3–F4 remain unstable, so color and shape can vary.
Backstory
Justin White of White Hot Peppers grew a Bahamian Goat and a Scotch Brains together and saved the resulting cross. The pale yellow almost white phenotype has been selected and sold at F3–F4, still segregating.
