Gargoyle is a tall, high-yielding hybrid chili grown and shared as cuttings by the German channel Chiliwelten. Fruits are large and blood-red when ripe.

About

Tall plants that can exceed head height produce heavy crops of large fruits. Ripe pods turn blood-red. Some phenotypes show dark, nearly black foliage. The line is still being selected for consistent shape and color.

Backstory

Gargoyle is a personal hybrid from the German chili community. Chiliwelten grew out F1 plants and shared cuttings so other growers could stabilize dark foliage and large fruit traits in later generations.
