About
Crazy Boy Pink Cream is a striking superhot pepper created by acclaimed Italian breeder Giancarlo Fadda as a Big Black Mama × Puma BBG cross. Pods begin jet black or deep purple on vigorous plants with nearly black foliage, ripening through vibrant shades of purple, wine red, pink, peach to creamy orange with impressive mottling. Highly wrinkled and bumpy texture with occasional pronounced stinger tail gives each pod a wild, sculpted appearance (typically 2–3 inches long). Flavor offers intriguing floral and smoky notes with earthy undertones and fruity sweetness that precede a raw, immediate, long-lasting superhot burn reminiscent of Reaper or Primo varieties. Excellent for sauces, powders, and as a standout garden ornamental.

Bred by Italian breeder Giancarlo Fadda (Faddas Peppers) in Capoterra as a Big Black Mama × Puma BBG cross; selected for the striking non-BBG-calyx phenotype nicknamed "Crazy Boy" for its capricious color display (F8 stabilized)
