About
Plants stay 30–50 cm tall and load with glossy, thin-walled, bullet-shaped fruit that ripen from green to bright red. The flavour is sharp and peppery with a little sweetness when fully ripe. Harvest green for a milder bite or red for fuller heat; good in salsas, curries, pickles, and flakes. Easy in a 2–5 litre pot in full sun.
